FATS Digital (NSW) - Warehouse Manager

FATS Digital is a Multimedia/Printing Company located in Chatswood – We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Production team.
Your main responsibility will to supervise and maintain all goods incoming and outgoing, responsible for stock, stock receipts, goods inwards & outwards, freight movements. Advise on inventory levels and approval of relevant supplier invoices, responsible for the overall organisation of the FATS NSW warehouse.

Duties include:

  • Ensure timely stock receipting
  • Ensure stock is stored in the allocated areas once receipted
  • Allocate storage areas for stock
  • Picking and collating of stock orders
  • Supervision of all freight and stock documents
  • Responsible for all warehouse equipment and its environments including safety checks and maintenance contracts
  • Maintain clear and precise despatch logs
  • Provide accurate despatch reports and information to sales and production
  • Approval of supplier delivery documents
  • Attend to housekeeping procedures
  • Supply stock to interstate and internal customers (dub suite and packing)
  • Ensure timely notification to production of arrival of customer supplied material
  • Ensure that stock is delivered, clearly identified to the duplication and packing areas in a timely manner to meet production schedules
  • Participate in stock-takes
  • Maintain and improve accuracy in the store
  • Liaise with Production Manager and Financial Controller on a daily basis regarding stock, dispatch and warehousing requirements for the Sydney duplication plant
  • Organise in a timely manner any pick-ups from clients, suppliers or others as required
  • Organise in a timely manner all dispatch from the NSW office
  • Maintain clear and precise dispatch logs
  • Ordering of couriers / Freight dispatch
  • Provide accurate dispatch information to sales and production when required
  • Approval of NSW (local) courier invoices
  • Organise and maintain in an orderly manner the collection areas
  • Maintain a precise collection log
  • Ensure that stock is delivered, clearly identified, to the NSW duplication and packing areas, interstate branches and external suppliers in a timely manner to meet production schedules
  • Ensure accurate records of client components & master received are kept
  • Maintain safety awareness levels in the warehouse
  • Responsible for all warehouse equipment and its environments including safety checks and preventative maintenance
  • Oversee housekeeping procedures
  • Investigate any non-conformance and initiate corrective action
  • Attend production meetings as required
  • Support FATS Occupational Health and Safety policies

Requirements of this role include:
  • Demonstrated understanding of warehousing and staff supervision, (furniture industry experience is desirable)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight timelines and work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail, efficiency, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A current forklift licence
  • Sound judgement, initiative and self-motivation
  • Computer literacy
  • Good physical condition as there is some physical lifting involved
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility to meet business needs

Salary is dependent on skills and experience.

Prints on Glass (NSW) - Product and Sales Manager

Primary role is to take responsibility of Prints on Glass sales nationally and oversea the product production process from quote to delivery. Secondary focus is to assist all sales staff with all levels of POG sales across all regions (Vic, NSW, Qld). Manage group social media and newsletter marketing; manage group client data base and marketing to grow revenue, sales channels and client base while maintaining current client accounts. Perform artwork and prepress duties when required. Assist other sales representatives and customer service in their day to day duties. To keep abreast of industry trends, product lines, technologies and competitors.

Main Objectives of Role as a Sales and Marketing Representative:

  • Service all POG sales inquiries nationally, provide quotes, sales service and art work to clients
  • Primary focus is to centralise and standardise the sales response to incoming sales inquiries
  • Primary focus on developing and maintaining social media and newsletter marketing, develop and maintain accurate client data base and lift the market profile and visibility
  • Oversee product production process of Prints on Glass from quoting to delivery/installation
  • Produce and distribute monthly newsletters for with services, news and offers
  • Maintain and organise accurate clients and prospect databases
  • Provide quotes and information to clients present and future by follow-up processes
  • Participate in regular sales meetings
  • Sales and Marketing direction and planning
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales pipeline for regular reporting to Director of Sales
  • Identify and market key prospects for partnerships and affiliations within the industry
  • Proactively develop sales channels to grow revenue and sales opportunities
  • Manage Consignment Stock to specified customers
  • Maintain regular contact with major accounts
  • Complete specific tasks as directed from time to time
  • Liaise regularly with Customer Service team
  • Attend industry trade shows

Accountabilities:
  • Monthly and annual revenue targets with set commission structure
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation for regular progress reporting
  • Market Prints on Glass products / services via social media and newsletters
  • Recommend product line / pricing revisions
  • Participate in recommending price changes in obtaining strategic business
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential jobs with quoting and regular follow ups
  • Report on success and failures of potential revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain a reseller channel nationwide to maximise growth potential across product range

Duties / Responsibilities as a Representative for FATS:
  • Maintain all active accounts within Prints on Glass
  • Maintain active list prospective clients/accounts and report on progress
  • Follow up on leads generated from online inquiries
  • Face-to-face relationships with accounts
  • Personal action plan
  • Develop new business

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of print industry with focus large format substrate printing
  • Artwork/design, extensive Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge and experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good organisational and computer skills
  • Strong Sales techniques with high self-drive and motivation
